Ops Gegar?? About 200 students leaders and potential leaders braved the title of this consultation to rethink what is CF.

Questions and concerns were raised as we looked at 3 aspects specifically our Missionary Identity, Leadership and Cell Groups. Beginning 9.15am till 6pm, students were stormed with rethinking, rethinking and more rethinking.

Ops Gegar is, what we hope,
to spark the students off in their quest to make CF relevant and not just run CF.

WORDilicious Investigators: Jonah
13 Sept @ PJ Gospel Hall

Ms Brenda Lim together with about 260 students walked through the book of Jonah, making sense of the times then and brought the character to life. Students were challenged to see Jonah in a new light as well diving into the message behind it, not just familiarizing with the story.
Later having fed the stomach, the students came together for a time of response to the Word as well as a carnival with themes plucked from the Bible.

It was indeed a day where we celebrated the Word!

WORDilicious Investigators @ Perak

The book of Philemon was once again investigated - this time, by 8 students in Perak. They started off the day by learning a thing or two about investigating the Word. Soon after, these investigators got right into action, bringing the characters of the book – Paul, Philemon and Onesimus – to life as they read. Kudos to these students who were courageous to dig the Word in English, even though they were mainly Chinese-speaking.

Selah Weekend
25-26th January in Taman Petanian, Shah Alam

19 students & 5 staff came together for a 'selah' weekend, a get away opportunity to pause, reflect & listen to themselves & to God. As different ones spent time cycling, walking and enjoying nature in Taman Pertanian as part of their reflection & recreation, many were refreshed & renewed. By reading the scripture, it was a time of listening and being affirmed of who Christ is in their lives.

For the 1st time....
3 groups of students in the East Coast coming together
Investigating two books (Philemon & Jude)
Kick starting their investigator careers, students dug worms and observed, learned the art of speaking scriptures, heard what they themselves spoke and identified with the characters.
Students started looking at the Word of God in a new light. Philemon, Onesimus, Paul & Jude. Each of them spoke to the students from the Word about their faith & lives lived in Christ.

Taking good resting, reading and reflection
while surround by nature.
At the end of the day , sharing with
staff about how God has worked in their life.
